Breathe + move your body safety through all the trimesters while you connect deeper to your body and baby with specific sequencing designed to prepare you for birth.
Save Your Spot -
Join us with your little one (6 weeks to crawling) to keep building your strength and community with yoga. This is a fun class where we focus on feeling good inside our postpartum bodies.

Join us for a four week journey where you will learn engaging ways to move and stretch with your little one! Role model healthy habits such as using the breath to self-regulate, and techniques that you can practice at home. With a different theme each week, we will use sounds and a sprinkle of imagination to really bring the classes to life and get your toddler’s creativity flowing! Be a part of our fun and supportive community, and most importantly have fun making sweet memories with your child.

Restorative Yoga is a practice designed to rest and rejuvenate the body. Come check in with you mama and let your nervous system have the rest it deserves. No babies in class.

This class will focus on supporting your body through pregnancy with strength training and mobility. Classes will be specifically designed with your changing body in mind. This is perfect for any mama whether you’ve worked out consistently or want to get moving during your pregnancy. Safe for all trimesters and after healthcare provider has cleared you. No babies in class.

We host a variety of workshops from Looma Birth’s parenting section including Newborn Basics, 4th trimester success, Baby Wearing, Grandparent classes and so more.

Hosted by the Breastfeeding experts from Looma Birth, join us at the studio for our customized 1:1 lactation clinic where we can address all things. This can include a weighted feed, latch, pumping, or whatever your family's needs are. Read more here.

Item descriptionJoin us for an Infant, Child and Adult CPR/AED training. Approximately 90 minutes. Includes water safety and choking. Lecture and hands-on skills. American Heart Association certification available upon request for the $25 additional fee.
Instructor Erica is a mom of 4 (ages 6, 9, 13 and 17), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with a private practice in Long Beach, and an EMT. She has been teaching CPR/First Aid and First Responder classes for 17 years and is extremely passionate about instructing life-saving skills, especially after hearing countless testimonies from previous participants reporting the confidence gained and stories of using the skills learned to help save a loved one, friend, colleague and/or stranger.

LULLABIES IN SPANISH
Tuesdays 9-930AM
This class will be a 30 min connective experience through music and language. Join us out of isolation and into an embracing community. Let's connect to ourselves and our little ones through voice, touch, movement, and rest. This is an easy going class that accepts you and your child as you are. No rigid structure. $100 for 4 classes.

Join us for this engaging, hands-on class, toddlers explore colors, textures, and shapes through fun art activities designed to stimulate their senses and creativity. perfect for little ones to express themselves, build fine motor skills, and discover the joy of art in a playful environment. Ages: 1-3 years old

WEDNESDAYS AT 9:30 AM
Come learn to support your little one’s speech and language skills through books, songs, games, and fun!
Each month children will enjoy a different theme & each week caregivers will learn a new strategy! September's theme will be “On the Farm”. We will cover how to utilize gestures, what are expectant pauses, effectively using repetition and all about joint attention!

As a mother of three and personal trainer, Melissa Arcos has both the professional and personal experience in prenatal and postpartum fitness. She has trained many women through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum, and is passionate about keeping moms moving through all phases of their life.Fitness and motherhood goes hand in hand. A workout creates space for you to give back to yourself, supports you physically for the demands of mom life, and supports your hormones and mental health through movement. My desire is to create a safe space that any woman can come to and feel supported as she moves her body!

Yoga Instructor
Brittany is passionate about creating a space where people can practice the art of rest. Day to day life, especially as a parent, can feel hectic and even overwhelming. Brittany’s restorative yoga class is a place to slow down, come back to your breath, and just be.
Brittany completed her yoga teacher training in Philadelphia, Pa in 2019.

Yoga Instructor
Jessica has been certified as a yoga instructor here in CA since 2018.
Jessica has worked and learned in a variety of settings including but not limited to the school system for over 7 years, motor coaching camps and opportunities, a sensory clinic, an out-patient clinic, after school programs, acute inpatient settings, and hand therapy clinic. Her unique and diverse background has only strengthened after becoming a mother to two beautiful girls, and adding an additional fur ball named Bailey). I strive to incorporate a holistic, and kindness-focused approach into all of my offerings here at Looma studio and in the community as an OT.
